🧠 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Oversee and lead the entire plant’s quality assurance operations
🧪 Develop and implement QA/QC standards in compliance with food safety regulations
👥 Manage quality assurance teams, lab technicians, and documentation staff
📋 Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, HACCP, FSSC, etc.) across operations
📈 Analyze data and trends to optimize quality performance and minimize risk
💬 Collaborate with production, maintenance, and corporate QA teams
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
✅ Experience:
7–10 years in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or FMCG sector
3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial QA role
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems and regulatory requirements
- Experience in lab operations, audits, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and people management skills
