Job Title: Area Sales Manager

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee retail sales operations in the assigned region
Lead a team of sales staff and ensure sales targets are met
Analyze sales trends and develop strategies for performance improvement
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
At least 3 years of proven success in a similar sales leadership role
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sales forecasting and market analysis
Team management and performance tracking
