📌 Position Overview
Title: Medical Officer / Women Medical Officer
Grade/Scale: BS-17
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent (as per Punjab Government rules)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC/PMC)
- Valid PMC registration at the time of application
Experience:
- 1-year house job (compulsory)
- Experience in public health setup is a plus
Age Limit:
- Male: 22–30 years + 5 years relaxation = up to 35
- Female: 22–30 years + 8 years relaxation = up to 38
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient and inpatient care in assigned health facilities
- Perform clinical examinations and prescribe treatments
- Assist in emergency, preventive, and community health services
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Work under departmental guidelines and protocols
