Education:
- Masterβs or Bachelorβs (Hons) in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline (recognized by HEC)
Experience:
- 3β5 years in human resources management, preferably in healthcare or large organizations
Skills Required:

- Recruitment & onboarding
- Performance management systems
- Conflict resolution & labor law knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with institutional goals
- Coordinate recruitment drives and interview processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data accuracy
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional policies
