🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education:
ACA / ACMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution
✅ Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualification experience
At least 5 years in a senior leadership finance role, preferably as CFO
✅ Skills Required:
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
In-depth knowledge of tax laws, IFRS, and corporate financial regulations
Strategic decision-making and risk management abilities
Leadership skills to manage diverse finance teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Manage investor relations, mergers, and acquisitions activities
Supervise finance, audit, procurement, and compliance departments
